At Canapé we want everyone to be happy, so please contact us ASAP to let us know if you'll be returning or exchanging an item. Your order will come with an invoice, on the back you will find an exchange / return form for you to fill out and return with your item. We are more than happy to fulfill your return or exchange as long as it falls within our return policy. We try to make it as easy as possible and include our return policy on a hangtag found attached to your item. **Please note, our items are very limited and are in high demand. We ask that you please treat your returns and exchanges with care, the item your switching out could be a dream come true to a gal waiting for her sold out size!
Canapé Return Policy: The item you are returning or exchanging must be:
UNWORN: No stains. No rips. No tears... or funny smells, please!
UNWASHED: Your item MUST be unwashed with its original tags still attached. Our hangtags include our return policy, just to remind you before you remove!
14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY: We are happy to accept your return within 14 days after your order is delivered.
