WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

With an account you'll have access to check on the status of your order, as well as create your own profile where you can store your addresses for a quick and easy checkout. 

WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER?

If for any reason we find something suspicious regarding your order, our customer representative will contact you to verify your information. 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL OR MY ORDER?

If for any reason you need to change or cancel after placing the order, please contact Customer Service at +1(504) 534-5074 as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your needs if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has been processed and is ready to ship, we may not be able to adjust or cancel your order. Please click here and follow the return process to exchange or receive a refund.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed. You will receive an email confirming your order and another one when your item has been shipped. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship internationally with UPS. You can find rates calculated at checkout by weight and zone.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to both P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
*Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

Orders that are placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

Due to COVID-19, please allow 2-4 business days for your item to ship and additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
