We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such changes shall signify your acceptance.
What You Consent To
By opting in to our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Canapé LLC at the number you provided, including through use of an automatic dialer or similar technology. These may include service-related and promotional messages such as:
- Order updates or account alerts
- Cart reminders
- Product launches or marketing offers
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation is voluntary.
Charges and Frequency
We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply as determined by your carrier. Message frequency may vary. Please check your mobile plan for details.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or texting STOP to +1 (866) 310-5009. You’ll receive a final confirmation and will not receive further messages unless re-initiated by you. If subscribed to other Canapé SMS programs, opt out individually from each.
