The Canapé Take Back Program

At Canapé, we believe in keeping clothes out of landfills and in the hands of those who need them most. Our Take Back Program makes it easy to give your pre-loved Canapé pieces a new chapter—while earning a little something for yourself, too.

How It Works

1. Email us at orders@shopcanape.com to start your Take Back request.

2. Please include your order number so we can verify your purchase price and ensure your store credit reflects 50% of what you originally paid.

3. We’ll ask for a few quick photos of your items so we can confirm they’re:

   • Gently worn (no stains, rips, or heavy wear)

   • Authentic Canapé pieces

4. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send your items back to us.

5. Your items will be donated to local women’s shelters in the DTLA area—helping women in our community feel confident and cared for.

6. As our thank-you, you’ll receive 50% of your item’s original purchase value in store credit to use toward something new.
