Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.

From 31–60 days after delivery, returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you’re truly unsatisfied, email us at orders@shopcanape.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution. You can also participate in our Take Back Program—return final sale or unwanted items for donation to local charities and receive 50% of the order value in store credit.
